Doc,the media is the culprit responsible for reporting the news and yet the Media is instructed just what to say and what they cannot say. The true form of real reporting of news comes from the one source not completely run by the government, or is it, The Internet. Most certainly it also is being monitored and yet people will believe just about anything just becasue they see it in print or on TV. I know I am only three years younger than the current Democratic presumptive nominee, but I feel I am just as qualified to read the teleprompter as he does, maybe not as well but would you vote for a crippled and disabled man?
Most likely not, so what he's bi-racial and has learned how to play the system well, but the promises he is making are far from reality as with the one's who think him to be able with magical power to change even ONE thing. Congress and the house in particular are the one's responsible for spending, the President only signs the laws handed him by the bafoons in Congress. Bush may be guilty of fixing many things, including his promise to fix Social Security, which by the way was a Bush promise yet now is only a memory most have forgotten with the distraction created by the war on TERROR .I have no future to look forward to and those of us middle aged trying in vain to raise a family are the NEW POOR in this country, while the Democracy is collapsing in around us all.In fact the pledge even declares we are not a democracy, we are a republic, what more can one expect of the greed and hunger for power?

Why would Obama know anything about healthcare to begin with. He keeps making reference to "his" healthcare reform, which was never written by him, but I am quite certain he is like the others in Congress and very graciously accepting the lobbyist's money. Even when questioned about the contents of "his" reform Bill, he admitted he had not read it, so why believe anything he says, I never have and never will.I do not trust Congress as a whole to do anything right, just look into what money is being used for in the so called stimulus package, certainly in order to hide his personal agenda there he had to allow Congressional pork and it was passed with some very questionable money allocations.I would sooner trust a panel of Doctors to write reform, they are the ones that know more about healthcare than Congress.Just the same in all other government programs, there is way to much "fraud" committed by too many doctors which have spoiled the trust of myself, and many other American's as well.Trust is something one must earn and so far The American Government as a whole niether represent me and my personal "needs", nor do they intend to allow something legit to pass, it would ruin the money coming in, and "God" knows they will never do that. Right?

This is the response letter from House Rep. Bill Young to my concerns I wrote to him,I thought you might just find them interesting.
He certainly answered my concerns and without hesitation gave direct answers just what Obama and his clan are doing to America.Doesn't sound much like the change People voted for, proving the theory of ignorance amongst the masses.

September 2, 2009

Thank you for sharing with me your many concerns regarding the future of our Nation. Like you, and the many other citizens who have taken the time to write me on this important issue, I too have grave concerns about the policies our federal government has recently adopted that violate the ideals I share with our Founding Fathers of liberty, smaller government, and constitutionalism.

First and foremost, I believe in a limited government and a free marketplace. The American people are intelligent and industrious people who do not need government bureaucrats making decisions for them. The federal government has no business picking winners and losers, as happens when government intervenes in the economy. That's why I have consistently opposed bailouts for companies that are failing due to their own mistakes. I twice voted against last fall's controversial bailout bill that has sent hundreds of billions of taxpayer dollars to Wall Street, failed automakers, and other industries.
In an effort to recoup some of this money for the taxpayers, I agreed to cosponsor H.R. 143. This legislation would have used the second half of the $700 billion bailout fund to give a break to all American taxpayers instead of taking money from the taxpayers and giving it to corporations.

I am also a cosponsor of H.R. 2119 which would require the money bailed-out companies pay back to the Treasury to be used to pay down the national debt. This is an especially important measure because some of the original proponents of the Wall Street bailout, such as Barney Frank, have advocated using this money as a perpetual slush fund for special interests.

The Federal Reserve has also used untold amounts of money to bail out financial institutions. However, the Fed has refused to reveal information about which corporations have received over $2.2 trillion in these bailout loans. I have cosponsored H.R. 1207 to allow the Government Accountability Office to audit the Federal Reserve so the American people can know where all of this money is going.
In an effort to ensure these types of bailouts never happen again, I have also cosponsored House Joint Resolution 57, which would amend the Constitution to prohibit the government from owning all or part of any private company.

After taking office, the first order of business for President Obama and his Democrat controlled Congress was to force through a massive "stimulus" spending package. While the President claimed that the purpose of this legislation was to create jobs, the only things that have been stimulated at this point are the budget deficit, the national debt, and the number of the unemployed. Since the package was signed into law in February, more than 2,800,000 additional jobs have been lost. Florida's unemployment rate has risen to over 10.5 percent. These are the same people who will be burdened with paying off the hundreds of billions of dollars in interest payments in addition to the $787 billion initial cost for this misguided legislation.
To provide a real stimulus and create jobs for Americans, I supported an initiative that would have made it easier for small businesses to hire new employees, lowered the tax rates for those in the working class tax brackets who have been hit the hardest by this recession, and would have made it easier for those who are unemployed to get back on their feet and back to work. Unfortunately, the Democrat majority rejected this sensible solution for American jobs.
Unsatisfied with just passing the single largest spending legislation in history, the President then passed the largest, most fiscally irresponsible budget in the 233 years of America. Because of this budget, the federal government is projected to spend more than $41 trillion on your behalf and will force the American public to borrow an additional $9 trillion over the next decade. This staggering spending comes on top of our current $11.7 trillion national debt. This year, government spending will amount to 26.1 percent of America's gross domestic product, higher than any other time since World War II. Every single year for the next decade, we will have a larger budget deficit that at any time in our Nation's history prior to 2009. The non-partisan Congressional Budget Office has indicated that enormous tax increases will be needed to bring revenues to a level that is "high by historical standards."

Needless to say, I voted against this reckless framework for spending money we do not have. Not only do I believe that the overall size of the government should be reduced, I also believe that the federal government should show the leadership to keep its budget sensible. That is why I am a cosponsor of an amendment to the Constitution to require a balanced federal budget.

Never before in the history of the Republic has one vote given the federal government more control over the lives of every American than when the House approved the Cap and Trade legislation.I voted against this "cap and tax" measure that will impose increased costs on all Americans, put a new energy tax on American citizens, will put American companies at a competitive disadvantage, and will endanger the jobs of American workers. Hundreds of additional pages were tacked on in the dead of night at 3 AM the morning we were forced to vote on this massive 1510 page legislation. Yet somehow, the majority of the House felt confident in passing this legislation.

A matter of great consternation throughout the country has also been the numerous administration officials the President has appointed called "czars." I too am concerned that these more than 30 individuals are unvetted and unaccountable to the Congress and the American people. As you are well aware, Article II Section 2 of the Constitution specifically requires the President to obtain the advice and consent of the Senate to nominate officials with policy making powers.

On July 7th, the House Appropriations Committee, of which I am a senior member, considered the Fiscal Year 2010 Financial Services Appropriations bill. There, an amendment was offered to prohibit taxpayer dollars from being spent on presidentially appointed czars not confirmed by the Senate.Despite my support for this important proposal, the amendment was defeated on a party line vote.

The Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now (ACORN) is currently under investigation for several instances of voter fraud, and this is another issue under close Congressional scrutiny. What makes ACORN's circumstances even more troubling is the fact that the organization has received millions of dollars in federal grants for its activities.

In May, the House considered the Mortgage Reform and Anti-Predatory Lending Act. In this legislation was language approved unanimously by the House Financial Services Committee that would have prevented organizations, or employees of organizations, that have been indicted for voter fraud from being eligible for the housing counseling grants and legal assistance grants authorized by H.R. 1728. However, when the bill was considered on the House floor, Chairman of the Financial Services Committee Barney Frank offered an amendment that ensures ACORN remains eligible for federal taxpayer money, stripping the language that he had voted for in Committee. Although I voted against this amendment, the proposal passed by a 245-176 vote.

With regard to immigration, as you probably are aware, I have consistently opposed efforts in Congress to grant amnesty to illegal aliens seeking permanent asylum in the United States. I have always believed that amnesty rewards aliens who are here illegally and serves as an encouragement to others contemplating illegal entry. At a time when homeland security should be a top priority, granting amnesty would send the wrong message.Instead we must focus on immediately protecting America by securing our borders.

During the August recess, the American people have made it clear to their Representatives in Congress that they are fed up with the current direction of our country. We have seen it in the Tea Parties that were held earlier this year. We have seen it in the town hall meetings. Most importantly, I have seen it in the faces of the people of Pinellas County that I have gotten to meet in my office and around town.

Now, as the President and the Democrat leadership in Congress attempt to push through a government takeover of the health care industry, please know that I will be closely reviewing the potential legislation. It will be important for all American citizens to stay informed on the various issues that will be coming before the Congress during this time of uncertainty. Please do not hesitate to contact me or your other representatives in government with any concerns you may have.

As always, I greatly appreciate knowing of your support for my efforts on these important matters of mutual concern. It is my hope that you will continue to keep me apprised of your interest in legislative issues important to you. With best wishes and personal regards, I am

Bill Young
Member of Congress

I hope your readers find the facts from a more than well qualified member of Congress as interesting as I. Doc , he represents you as well as me, let him know how he can help, and if you disagree he will respect that as well.Enjoy the truth and not opinions of media hype who think they know what's going on, here find the truth from a trusted member of Congress.

Hi Allen - Marj suggested I visit your blog. It looks like we agree on most points.

I posted the following on Journal Watch, but except for the possibility of a few scholarships, all the health reform proposals are ignoring these questions:

Why is there virtual silence on the issue of where the doctors are going to come from to treat the 40+ million that the President claims need health coverage? Right now an extremely small percentage of medical students are selecting the general practice of medicine, so how many general practicitioners will it take to meet the needs of tens of millions of "new" patients and what will the incentives be to convince thousands of
student/residents to become gp's? If medical schools do not greatly increase their enrollment, will doubling the number of gp's cause a shortage of doctors going into a specialty?

Has anyone done a competent poll of doctors to determine: where they think health care savings will come from to offset the costs of the new plan [so that the plan will be deficit neutral]; how many new doctors will
be needed; and how to convince a sufficient number of doctors to provide primary care?

Why isn't the AMA answering these questions and coming up with its own recommended plan?

Slippery and slimey are the progressive snails afoot in this government. They have ignored the Constitution for many years and have slowly degraded the average American to the point, the QPQ is sadly true. Obama failed with the HealthCrap Socialst approach, and now has bought off the Supreme Court with an extremely bad decision leading our country into an Aristocracy, not a Democracy. We are a Republic losing rights according to the actions of White House Agenda, and the Legislation filled to the brim with Progressives. The Progressives must go, the Constitution has been torpedoed. and we are sinking ever so quickly, who will survive? The day Democracy died, 1.21.2010

It is difficult to make a coherent coment without clarifying the obvious, conditioned dogs that we are, we bark our bark for a reason. Whatever we think about O'finky's passionate analysis, it is the product of the road we walked along, and the open minded observational practices that guided us, or the product of conditiond closed mindedness that governed our behavior along our respective pathways. This country, I am unfortunately inclined to believe, is populated by a vast majority of the later group, groping in a hostile environment, and frimly in the grip of their plutocratic puppeteers. It seems J Q Public has been well molded to NOT be ready, or able, to confront the politicl, social and economic reality in which he is treading water. I applaude O'finky's attempt to induce folks to think independently and consider that there are options to continuous sodomization by there own government. So, we have a not so free society with many liberties disapearing at an alarming rate. We have a group of people that have had it a little to easy and the bit is pretty firmly in place. I aknowledge in the past government has responded to thw will of the people but only in times of great turmoil and pain when people stand up to and oppose and rid themselves of the stench that envelops them. My questions are, how much pain will it take and will Humpty be forever broken in the aftermath of social , political, and economic upheaval likely to occur in the breaking of conditiond bonds effectivly castrating Mr Public. Our legislative body is sailing down the river and only the falls awaiting. Will reason raise its paddle? O'finky hopes so and you better hope he is right. There was a time when the disintegration of the Soviet Union and the Berlin Wall were unlikely fantasies. Go figure....

Since no one else is around to fill up space I'll do it. The Power behind the throne would be the people who put him there. Now, in a responsive government that would be the voters, both a fantasy of history and minority of the people of this country. So that leaves the people who put him there holding the little strings saying "dance Obama dance". Until the climate becoms really hostile folks will keep swilling their beers and cashing their unemployment checks. If the well runs dry you'll smell the smoke in the breeze. I certainly hope things don't degenerate to that level, but shit has hit the fan in the past and may do so again.

My 12 year old understands this healthcare bill better than the average American Adult. He understands that this isn't any healthcare reform, it's a take over, with all the needed players already in postion. The Obama campers are not only on the brink of history making legislation, but the also are on the brink of destruction of the American Right's as I understand the Constitution. This weekends vote will only be the beginning to a long fight to the finish unless this "Bad Legislation is Defeated".

So DeLay's bill from the Bush Jr. Era is killing medicare's ability to negotiate lower prices for seniors? I'm shocked that wasn't re-examined in the new legislation... what gives?

The danger to America is not Barack Obama but a citizenry capable of entrusting a man like him with the presidency. It will be easier to limit and undo the follies of an Obama presidency than to restore the necessary common sense and good judgment to an electorate willing to have such a man for their president. The problem is much deeper and far more serious than Mr. Obama, who is a mere symptom of what ails us. Blaming the prince of the fools should not blind anyone to the vast confederacy of fools that made him their prince. The republic can survive a Barack Obama. It is less likely to survive a multitude of fools such as those who made him their president.” -- Author Unknown

These jerseys which are interestingly termed retro basketball jerseys are old school. Here is an example, men football jerseys, Kobe’s jersey at the present time, but the Lakers look 20 years ago. That would be an example of the throwback kind. Sports stars put them on now and again during games also.site:http://www.nfljerseyonline.com

Wow! Well written.

Subject: AARP

I find this very interesting reading, so let's keep it going if you agree. It only takes a few days on the Internet and this will have reached 75% of the public in the U.S.A. Seniors need to stand up for what is right, not what the politicians want or big Corporations want.

The disillusionment on the Internet is becoming increasingly repetitive - the country's backbone is waking up. Will they listen? Or do we have to embrace the radicals she mentions?

This was sent to Mr. Rand who is the Executive Director of AARP.

THIS LADY NOT ONLY HAS A GRASP OF THE SITUATION, BUT AN INCREDIBLE COMMAND OF THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE!

Dear Mr. Rand,

Recently you sent us a letter encouraging us to renew our lapsed membership in AARP by the requested date. I know it is not what you were looking for, but this is the most honest response I can give you. Our gap in coverage is merely a microscopic symptom of the real problem, a deepening lack of faith.

While we have proudly maintained our membership for several years and have long admired the AARP goals and principles, regrettably, we can no longer endorse it's abdication of our values. Your letter specifically stated that we can count on AARP to speak up for our rights, yet the voice we hear is not ours. Your offer of being kept up to date on important issues through DIVIDED WE FAIL presents neither an impartial view nor the one we have come to embrace. We do believe that when two parties agree all the time on everything presented to them, one is probably not necessary. But, when the opinions and long term goals are diametrically opposed, the divorce is imminent. This is the philosophy which spawned our 200 years of government.

Once upon a time, we looked forward to being part of the senior demographic. We also looked to AARP to provide certain benefits and give our voice a power we could not possibly hope to achieve on our own. AARP gave us a sense of belonging which we no longer enjoy. The Socialist politics practiced by the Obama administration and empowered by AARP serves only to raise the blood pressure my medical insurance strives to contain. Clearly a conflict of interest there!

We do not understand the AARP posture, feel greatly betrayed by the guiding forces that we expected to map out our senior years and leave your ranks with a great sense of regret. We mitigate that disappointment with the relief of knowing that we are not contributing to the problem anymore by renewing our membership. There are numerous other organizations which offer discounts without threatening our way of life or offending our sensibilities.

This Presidential Administration scares the living daylights out of us. Not just for ourselves, but for our proud and bloodstained heritage. But even more importantly for our children and grandchildren. Washington has rendered Soylent Green a prophetic cautionary tale rather than a nonfiction scare tactic. I have never in my life endorsed any militant or radical groups, yet now I find myself listening to them. I don't have to agree with them to appreciate the fear which birthed their existence. Their borderline insanity presents little more than a balance to the voice of the Socialist mindset in power. Perhaps I became American by a great stroke of luck in some cosmic uterine lottery, but in my adulthood I CHOOSE to embrace it and nurture the freedoms it represents as well as the responsibilities it requires.

Your website generously offers us the opportunity to receive all communication in Spanish. ARE YOU KIDDING??? Someone has broken into our “house”, invaded our home without our invitation or consent. The President has insisted we keep the perpetrator in comfort and learn the perp language so we can communicate our reluctant welcome to them.

I DON'T choose to welcome them.

I DON'T choose to support them.

I DON'T choose to educate them.

I DON'T choose to medicate them, pay for their food or clothing.

American home invaders get arrested.

Please explain to me why foreign lawbreakers can enjoy privileges on American soil that Americans do not get?

Why do some immigrants have to play the game to be welcomed and others only have to break & enter to be welcomed?

We travel for a living. Walt hauls horses all over this great country, averaging over 10,000 miles a month when he is out there. He meets more people than a politician on caffeine overdose. Of all the many good folks he enjoyed on this last 10,000 miles, this trip yielded only ONE supporter of the current administration. One of us is out of touch with mainstream America. Since our poll is conducted without funding, I have more faith in it than one which is power driven.

We have decided to forward this to everyone on our mailing list, and will encourage them to do the same. With several hundred in my address book, I have every faith that the eventual exponential factor will make a credible statement to you.

I am disappointed as hell.
I am scared as hell.

I am MAD as hell, and I'm NOT going to take it anymore!

My Building Permit:
I recently applied for a building permit for a new house.
It was going to be 100 ft tall and 400 ft wide with 9 gun turrets at various
heights and windows all over the place and a loud outside entertainment
sound system.
It would have parking for 200 cars and I was going to paint it snot green
with pink trim.
The City Council told me to forget it.... AIN'T GONNA HAPPEN!
So I sent in the application again, but this time I called it a Mosque.
.........Work starts on Monday...
