I must agree that your nurses are less than forward and often make decisions on their own. I would suggest maybe in the next day or so you have an office meeting regarding the handling of prescription refll requests, and that YOU should be the one making said decisions before you do lose a large majority of patients. I know in the past I have had problems, then it seemed to get somewhat better, then in recent months things have gotten worse.It's YOUR practice, it's YOUR license, and it's YOUR decisions that count, not anyone elses responsibilities,especially a Nurse.Any further questions, you have my number, just call.
If you are not going to continue to see Pts then you should just retire, close up shop, c-ya, wouldn't want to be ya!
